Received excellent help and ideas for carpeting and flooring and when I decided to do a vinyl flooring that involved an installation that required the floor to be laid in one full piece, it took real expertise to do it and the team of Eric and Justin were real artisans! I also appreciated that Sterling's was able to complete the two jobs of carpet laying, also done beautifully by a different team and the vinyl flooring in two days and before my daughter's wedding! I thank Teresa and Brett for getting the ball rolling. I have used Sterling's before and highly recommend them.
We ordered some flooring (over $6,000 worth) in February 2021 for our new house and needed the flooring by early May 2021 in order for construction to move forward properly. In late April, we were informed that the flooring would not arrive in time and may actually never show up. (Thanks to COVID). We ended up selecting a FAR LESS superior floor (much thinner LVP & less warranty years) as it was the only one that matched with our cabinetry, unless we spent more than double of what we had already paid. While this flooring came in quickly and we were able to get it installed in time, we had to order an underlayment due to the lack of thickness of the flooring and ended up spending MORE money for a worse floor. There was no option to negotiate the cost increase in the flooring and it was quite a frustrating ordeal.
