Dr. Howe and his staff were extremely professional and welcoming to me as I am visiting the area for a few days and had a dental issue that came up unexpectedly. Dr. Howe repaired my tooth, pain free in less than an hour! I'm so happy I found his office!
Yes they are very kind but I couldn’t help but to express my disappointment, my first visit was amazing and I thought I found my forever dentist he does wonderful work and was helping me out since I didn’t have dental insurance but the second visit came and the promise that he would work with me on the prices stopped. Paid the full bill every visit and only received a 5% discount when I used to receive a 10% discount at my other dentist for paying the full amount off every visit. And I got the gas because I have an anxiety disorder and that drill makes the experience terrible without it, and they turned it up only one time out of the multiple visits that I had asked them to. Other times I was told I wasn’t breathing through my nose and that’s why I couldn’t feel the gas. Well turns out I paid 75$ total for gas that didn’t help me in the slightest. I regretted getting it everytime afterward (except the one time they did turn it up) and thought what a waste of money. Most of the visits I felt as if I were being drowned. I swallowed over and over again, the water just ran down my throat, trying to catch my breathe in between, making it a harder and longer visit. There was a few times that I bit down on the drill literally panicking cause I couldn’t breathe. They treat you very. Mmmmm
We had to switch dentists and were nervous. But Dr. Howe and his team were so caring and knowledgeable. They have taken GREAT care of my kids and me. So glad we found them!
Dr. Howe and his office staff are great! They do an outstanding job. I started coming here a couple of years ago and I know that they will always take good care of me and my family. My daughter who is just 3 yrs. old recently had her 1st time at the dentist and they helped make the experience one that was terrific for the 1st time. She came home with a new toothbrush that has a fun app. for kids you can use while brushing and it has been great. She enjoys brushing her teeth, its awesome!
