I feel secure and safe when I take my car to Baker. They are honest and do the needed work with expertise. I never feel like they are taking advantage of me. I can trust their suggestions and their quality of work. Their prices are excellent. Great people.
I had to return my vehicle back to Baker on a $2,200 job because the part they ordered from their vendor was broken. They charged me for it. To not pay the extra money, I needed to return my vehicle within the 6 month warranty. The car was only driven 5k miles when I brought it in the second time. (And it broke way before that) And it was a transfer case -those can go 200k. But the new problem was completely different than the old. There was no way of knowing it was related to the previous problem. Another auto shop didn't even think so, I didn't, and neither did Baker. They kept my car the second time for 6.5 weeks. They also don't comp your diagnosis charge if you end up getting the service done for that issue. I pleaded with them about my second charge due to their vendor issue, and they wouldn't do it. Bad business relations.
We always receive excellent service at Baker Auto. They are honest with their work and fair in their pricing. They will tell you what’s going on with complete transparency, so refreshing! We were having troubles late one night getting our keys out of the lockbox.We called and they rushed over to help us even though it was after hours. That’s incredible customer service. Thanks for all you do! Will recommend to anyone.
Baker Automotive is the place to go if you want a no BS experience with your car. They don't mark up prices and they communicate clearly about what needs to be done on your car now, vs, what you should keep an eye on - they will be clear with you but won't go "searching for work" on things that may not need to be done right away, which is important to me as I'm not in a position to fix everything on my car all at once. They were quick as well and made the important repairs literally overnight. I strongly suggest going here if you want honesty, low prices, and clear communication about your vehicle.
