Once upon a time, I worked as a vet tech in a different state. Now living in Utah I am nervous to establish my puppy with a new vet that I don’t know. I still haven’t met the vet but I was VERY IMPRESSED with the young lady I spoke with on the phone to book my puppy’s appointment. She even suggested a “Fear free” visit. I LOVE that this place offers that! So far so good. I hope the vets impress me as much.
After our pup got injured badly, they took us in even though they were currently closed. They gave her the best care, while ensuring that we were well informed and comfortable. She is doing great today because of them. We will be loyal customers forever. Thank you to the amazing staff and veterinarians!
I have been going to the Animal Care Center since I got my puppy. They have always taken such good care of her! The providers and staff are always super friendly and professional. Dr. Powell just spayed my little girl and her recovery has been amazing! I would highly recommend!
The Animal Care Center in Bountiful is absolutely fantastic. I have a small dog who has always been anxious, yippy, and sometimes nippy at groomers and other clinics who try to work with her - but I have never had a complaint from this place, and it’s because they are SO amazing with animals and know exactly how to work with her. They have been attentive, asked me important questions, and patiently answered all of the millions of questions I always had. They really care about animals, and I recommend this place to everyone I meet.
I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for the doctor and clinicians at Animal Care Center. We needed a second opinion and it was worth the drive from Utah County. They took care of our dog like he was their own. The vet is so kind and optimistic. The technician that gave us discharge instructions was kind, loving, and caring for our dog. If you are thinking of going here, you should! I should also mention that the second opinion provided by Animal Care Center was twice the care at half the cost.
