Despite how inconvenient it is to get work done on my car, I actually get a little excited because I get to come to Point S. They are friendly and quick depending on the work being done. The waiting area is comfortable and feels safe and clean. I have no qualms about taking my daughter in there with me. The staff is helpful and does their best to understand my problem, fix it, and explain the fix in a way that I understand. They can change tires faster than it takes to get settled in a waiting room chair and dropping off my car for an appointment is easy and simple. Thanks Point S Team! You make this Mom’s life a little less stressful knowing I can count on you guys.
The most family friendly, honest, hardworking, straight-forward car shop I have ever had the pleasure of taking my vehicles to. Tyson and the rest of the crew are unbeatable and incredibly knowledgeable about the issues at hand. Their prices are more than fair, they have quick turnaround time, and they are always looking to save you money, time, and to get you back on the road.
