I LOVE Layton Veterinary Hospital! My dog is diabetic and they take awesome care of her. Dr. Fawcett actually listens to concerns and put her on the right medications, now she is a different dog. She is happy again. Their prices are so affordable. The staff is is phenomenal. Keep up the good work ????
Moved here 3 yrs ago from SLC we had been going to Hunter Animal clinic for 14 yrs. we decided to try Layton Veterinary hospital for our new pups, Vanity and Maddie. We’ve been here 3 months now, I can’t say enough about these guys the office staff is very friendly and very helpful and the medical staff Wow their knowledge surpasses our last doctors and they are very personable, if you treat your pet as family like we do. this is the place to go!!
Scott and his team are phenomenal. I can count in the highest level of care every time I take my dog(s) in. They are a group of individuals that WANT to care for your family members. I would trust them with any issue that arose.
I've been bringing my pets here for 45 years and love the care they get there. The staff is courteous and friendly and make me feel like a valued customer.
Today is a special day it’s my mothers birthday and we had planned a birthday celebration this morning but I also had an appointment to drop off my pet at her scheduled 7:30 procedure this morning however when I first arrived it was early about 7:15, I called, no answer so I figured it way to early so I waited in my car. Then About 7:26 I called again, still no answer. I walked up to the door and knocked, about 4 other representatives were sitting behind the desk, one of them reluctantly opened the door while another woman said we don’t accept pets until 730 I then replied but it’s 7:26, should I return at 8am? then abruptly went back to my car to wait the FULL 4 more minutes. They literally would not take my animal even though I was at the door at 7:26 AM. So when they say 7:30 PLEASE don’t arrive a second earlier as they will not accommodate you! I love the doctors but their policies sucks! Its so unrealistic especially when owners like myself travel 40 minutes just to get to then. The staff would rather let you sit in your car and extra four or five minutes rather then simply accommodate you for arriving early it’s not worth trying to get there early just to make your appointment just show up late to ensure that they’ll let you in! What I recommend a friend, NO, I wouldn’t do what happened to me this morning to a friend.
